Americans Disgusted After Trump Passes Out Cold in Court AGAIN, ‘He’s Had His Eyes Closed Basically All Day’
At this point, reporting on Trump in court for his first criminal trial should center on the times when he ISN’T asleep.
He adds nothing to courtroom discussion, he’s constantly passing gas, his lawyers are incompetent — and the falling asleep is just out of control at this point.
And it’s not like it’s just Maggie Haberman noting the sleeping now. Many, many court reporters are commenting on the fact that Donald Trump cannot seem to be bothered to stay awake for a trial that could land him prison time, even if not for the actual crime, at least for his constant, flagrant (and fragrant) violations of the pretrial gag order issued by Judge Juan Merchan.
He told him to be quiet, not go to sleep.
What are the odds that a president who’s been photographed with a desk drawer full of Sudafed, a stimulant, is now on depressants? Could he have had some kind of change in his life that would make him turn from the cocaine his eldest son obviously does to the Ambien that his former White House doctor illegally prescribed?
Oh, that’s right. He lost.
But what if, instead of the speculation about him using something that makes him tired, he’s just tired?
What if, as he’s accused his opponent Joe Biden of being, he’s just an old man who can’t stay awake? It’s not hard to believe. He’s had a hard go in the last few months, what with being adjudicated of rape and ordered to pay his victim and his wife refusing to accompany him on the campaign trail.
Either way, Trump supporters have to be disappointed with the performance of their cult leader. If he’s on drugs, he’s not fit for office. If he just can’t stay awake, he’s still unfit for office. One way or the other, Trump is a disappointment to everyone.
The turn seemed to come after her buried the first wife he cheated on over there in New Jersey on his golf course.
Since then — not that we weren’t already alarmed by his behavior — he has seemed to decline pretty steadily.
